Bread another one of my weaknesses. It really is terrible. I am such a carboholic. If they had carboholic's anonymous I'd go, I have to! These little bad boys are so good along any dish. We had them along with baked ravioli. Soft, cheesy garlicky and buttery, my kind of bread!
1 recipe for Fail Proof Pizza Dough (click here)
8 Tablespoons Butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons dried Parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, plus 4 Tablespoons for sprinkling
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Directions
Make dough according to directions. After it has risen twice, turn out on a floured surface and roll out. Cut or pull off 1 inch pieces and roll into 1 inch balls. Set aside. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Place 3 dough pieces into the garlic mixture and coat with mix. Place the 3 coated roll pieces into one muffin tin. Repeat the process until all 24 muffin tins are full. Sprinkle all the rolls with the remaining 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
Bake each muffin tin on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Serve warm.
